My girlfriend loves peace signs so promise rings were a tough one to find exactly what she wanted. For the price, this ring isn't really expensive, but its tricky to find a ring like this and not make it look like it is from a quarter machine. The ring looks much better online than in person. She's only had the ring for a week so we'll see how it holds up. I really wish there was a better warranty, I would have paid for one.
As for the company itself, I've never worked with such great customer service. The original ring I ordered was out of stock. The manufacturer called me the next day and let me know when the ring would be ready to ship. I needed the ring before they could ship so I exchanged it for another. By this time the price had gone up on both rings. I called customer service and they got the exchange for me, the original price, and shipped by the time I needed it. I was talking to to English speaking person immediately who helped. Will buy again because of that.
