Why Are
Shipping Charges Set Up This Way?
HeavenlyTreasures.com does not use shipping charges as a means to make
extra money and we don't want to trick you by hiding the charges in the cost of
the items. So, in order to attempt to make the charges simple to calculate and
fair we have implemented a tiered rate structure.
Why Don' You Offer
Free Shipping?
Actually,
we do sometimes offer free shipping as an option for our newsletter subscribers.
But as a general rule we believe that it is more fair to charge a better price
on all our products and a fair shipping charge than to increase all our product
prices and offer free shipping.
How Long Will It Take To Get My
Products?
This varies
based on your location, product availability and shipping method. If all the
products on your order are in then it will usually ship according to the
availability as seen on the item details. Ground delivery can take anywhere from
1-5 working days after we ship the item depending on your
location.
What if I pay
by check or money order?
Payments by
check or money order must be received and clear the bank prior to our shipping
the order. This means there can be a delay as long as 5-7 business days from the
time you send your check.
What if one item will delay
the entire order?
If you have
an order and one item is going to cause a significant delay, we will usually
ship your order in two shipments. You will not pay any extra shipping charges
for the second shipment.
How
will I know when my order has shipped?
You
will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped on the day it
ships out. At any time you may contact us via
email (click here) or call us at 1-800-269-4637 to check on the
status.
What if my package gets lost or damaged
in the mail?
If
your package is lost or damaged during shipment - dont worry as all of our
packages are insured. You will be required to verify (in writing) that your
package is damaged or that you never received the shipment. In the case where
packages are lost, if you receive duplicate shipments (original &
replacement) you will have the option of to purchase the second set of
merchandise or ship the package back to us at your own
cost.
Am I
charged before my order ships?
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to
ship. If your items are backordered then you will not be charged until they are
ready to ship.
